Classes Offered…

*SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC:

Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range on movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a silver sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

*SILVERSNEAKERS YOGA/CHAIR YOGA:

Move through seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels.

*MUSCLE BOOM:

Are you ready to get stronger? BOOM MUSCLE is an action-packed, 30-45 minute class intended to help build muscular strength & endurance and cardiovascular endurance. The class combines Muscle Conditioning Blocks (MCBs) and bursts of cardio Action Intervals (AIs) for a fun, yet challenging workout opportunity!

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH /CORE CHALLENGE:

Get your cardio training and resistance training all at once. This class is a variety of circuits, stations, core challenges, and fun!

ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME AT OUR CLASSES. THE CLASSES MARKED WITH * ARE GEARED FOR ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS.
